- If a minor uses the Service, consent from a legal guardian may be required.
- The Company may restrict access to users who violate applicable laws or these Terms.
3. Account
- Account Creation: Some features may require account creation through social login providers such as Google, Apple, Kakao, or Naver.

6. Payment and Subscription
6.1 Premium Subscription
- The App may include paid subscription services that provide premium features.
- Subscription fees and billing cycles are clearly displayed within the App.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled.
6.2 Payment Processing
- All payments are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
- Payment-related inquiries are handled according to each store's policies.
6.3 Refund Policy
- Refunds are subject to Apple and Google's refund policies.
- Users can continue to use premium features until the end of the current billing period after cancellation.
- Refund requests are processed through each store's customer support.
7. Advertising
- The free version of the App may display advertisements.
- Advertisements are provided through Google AdMob and may be personalized based on user interests.
- On iOS, personalized advertising is determined by App Tracking Transparency (ATT) settings.
- Premium subscribers can use the Service without ads.
8. Intellectual Property

10. Service Changes and Termination
- The Company may change, suspend, or terminate all or part of the Service with prior notice.

- Appropriate measures will be taken regarding paid subscriptions upon service termination.
